Meet Tedra 

Tedra specializes in working with elementary-aged children and teens. Her counseling approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered, with a focus on meeting each child or teen where they are. With years of experience in mental health and crisis management, Tedra supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional concerns, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and other life challenges. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel heard, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.

 Tedra provides care in our Dallas office, via Telehealth, and at Crossroads Elementary School.
