Meet Sheterra
I believe you already carry the tools you need to live a healthy, balanced life, and that therapy helps bring those strengths into clearer focus.
Psychoeducation is central to my work. My goal is to support clients in building insight, understanding emotions, and recognizing patterns that influence their experiences.
When working with children and adolescents, I incorporate therapeutic play to create a safe, expressive, and empowering space where feelings can be explored and healthy coping skills can develop.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honoring the whole person. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. We can work together to build on your strengths, and we'll address your challenges to help you move toward meaningful growth.
I use an integrative approach informed by Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Bowen Family Systems Therapy, along with psychoeducation and therapeutic play when appropriate. We'll work together to reach your goals!
Enjoy the convenience of school-based therapy.
