(1) AGREEMENT: By completing this purchase and making your payment, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

(2) SCOPE: By signing and investing, you agree to participate fully in The Therapist to CEO Medication Management Workshop. I am here to help, guide, advise and support you as well as to review any work that is completed during the program. Disclaimer: Jessica Northrop is a Consultant, Group Practice Owner, and Licensed Therapist and is functioning for the Client in a Consultant role only. She is NOT an attorney or accountant. You are likely to have questions that are outside of the Consultant’s scope and/or expertise. In these events, the Consultant will notify the Client and will make appropriate referrals.

(3) RISKS: The Client acknowledges that the Program is designed to transform and help Clients grow personally and professionally. In order to grow, people often need to face the possibility of unpleasant things and be pushed out of our comfort zone, and the Client agrees to be open to such experiences throughout the course of the transformation.

(4) OUTCOME: The Client accepts full responsibility for his or her business and results of the Medication Management Workshop. It is the client's responsibility to ask for additional guidance, clarification, or support if he or she is not satisfied with the results, so the Consultant may better serve the Client.

(5) CONFIDENTIALITY: The Client understands that every effort will be made to ensure the confidentiality of the client. However, there are limitations to confidentiality due to the group model of this consultation program.  The Client understands that at times telephone conversations, video, online, group calls, webinars, texts, e-mails or faxes may be utilized and that the confidentiality of information transmitted through these venues cannot be guaranteed. Consulting is not a medical treatment and is not covered by HIPAA. Since the Consultant is also a licensed mental health professional, The Client understands that the Consultant is legally and ethically bound to protect either the Client or others from harm, and that my confidentiality may be limited in this instance. This would include any information the Consultant might disclose that indicates that a child or elderly or disabled person is being abused. The Client understands that these instances are quite rare in Consulting practices and that the Consultant will make every effort to discuss these matters with clients prior to taking any action. The Client agrees and understands that any and all "Q&A; Calls" or "Group Consulting Calls" are open to all members of the Program in a tele-seminar/conference call format where everyone attending the call can hear each other and learn from each others' questions. Any information shared during these calls will be heard by everyone on the call, and will not be confidential. These calls are also recorded and shared for participants of the Medication Management Workshop. Clients agree not to share any private information in these calls or any information shared in the secret Facebook group platform. The Client, alone, is accountable for any information that you share during these calls and within our Facebook Community Group, as well. Client's quotes and posts in the Members Only FB group may be used (without any identifying client information - no name or pic), at times, to share on our client results page or other marketing materials to offer social proof to others who need the help as well. The Consultant is not responsible for any information of a confidential or personal nature shared during these calls or on Facebook. The group calls may be recorded so that links to review them can be shared with current clients to help them get motivated, clear, and stay on track. The recordings are only available to current members in the Members Only group and the links expire every few months.

(6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Only authorized users, who have duly attained access to any Programs offered by the Consultant by personally agreeing to the terms of this Agreement are permitted to use and participate with such Programs. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, the Client shall not provide or make available any Documentation, Video, Audio, or any login member credentials to any third party, or use the Documentation, Video, Audio, or any login member credentials to teach any third party, or otherwise disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion of the Program(s) for any purpose other than exercising rights expressly granted to the Client by this Agreement. The Client acknowledges that any Audio and/or Visual Presentations, Documentation, and other elements of the Practitioner Freedom Program are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties.

(7) HOLD HARMLESS: I agree to hold harmless the Consultant from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, relating to or arising from any information loss due to technical failure, use of the internet to communicate with the Consultant or the use of the Consultant's Site, any arrangements made based on information obtained by the Site, any products or services obtained through the Site.
