Meet Patricia

am passionate about helping individuals, children (ages 5-18), and families strengthen their relationships, overcome obstacles, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're a parent working to support your child, a family navigating life’s challenges, or an individual seeking personal growth, I am here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can share your experiences and work toward positive change.

With a strong foundation in family systems, I believe our interactions and connections with others shape who we are. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, meaning I focus on the unique abilities and strengths each person brings to therapy. I recognize that every person and family is different, so I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. Together, we will identify your goals for therapy and a plan to help you reach your goals!
