1. Share Your Story

The first step in couples counseling is to share and really understand your personal relationship story. You'll learn what works and doesn't work in your relationship so you can reconnect with each other.

2. Build Skills

No one is born knowing how to have a healthy relationship. Invest in your relationship by learning proven effective skills to have a strong, healthy relationship. You'll learn communication strategies, how to problem solve, how to argue, and how to enjoy each other again.

3. Enjoy your Relationship

Now that you understand your story and have the skills you need, you can renew your partnership and let go of the conflict and adversity.
