Meet June
I am a compassionate and empathetic psychotherapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and their families overcome their challenges and live healthier lives. I believe in understanding each person within the context of their environment and relationships. This can be helpful because it can take some stress away from the client when they realize they aren’t the “problem” in their lives. I take a gentle and supportive approach, focusing on your strengths to help my clients heal and grow. And, I balance that with firm guidance when needed. My goal is to empower everyone to reach their personal goals, improve their well-being, and help them feel worthy in this world.
Â
Many children are shy or scared of therapy, so I use toys, games, and drawing to help them feel more comfortable and to reach their goals in a way that makes sense to them.
Â
I believe in the value of teaching skills and helping kids understand their thoughts and feelings so they can manage manage their emotions better.
Â
I am committed to treating EVERYONE with dignity and respect. I look forward to working with you or your loved one to help you create a healthier, happier life.
